1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using PDFsy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and your use is permitted by applicable law.
2. Your files and authority to process them
You retain ownership of files and content you process. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions and authority needed to open, edit, convert, sign, protect, unlock or otherwise process a file.
Do not use PDFsy to process material unlawfully, bypass access controls without authorization, infringe rights, distribute malware or interfere with the service or other systems.
3. Browser-first processing
Many PDFsy tools are designed to process files locally in your browser. Some workflows may depend on browser capabilities, local models, third-party file formats or clearly disclosed server-side functionality.
Keep an original copy of important documents. Browser crashes, unsupported files, device limits or conversion differences can affect output.
4. Output accuracy and electronic signatures
You are responsible for reviewing every output before relying on it. Layout, fonts, image quality, metadata, accessibility, form behaviour or other document properties may change during processing.
Signature tools place a signature appearance on a document. PDFsy does not determine whether a signature satisfies a particular legal, regulatory or contractual requirement.
5. Accounts, subscriptions and payments
Customer registration, customer sign-in and public paid checkout are not enabled in the current release. Administrative sign-in is restricted to authorized PDFsy operators.
If customer accounts, subscriptions or paid services are introduced, the applicable pricing, billing and cancellation terms will be presented before those services are offered.
6. Service changes and availability
PDFsy may add, change, limit, suspend or retire features to improve security, reliability, compatibility or product quality. We do not guarantee that every file, browser, device or third-party format will be supported.
We may block abusive or automated traffic that threatens availability, security or other users.
7. Intellectual property
PDFsy, its interface, software, branding and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of PDFsy technology or branding to you.
You may send feedback. You allow us to use that feedback to improve PDFsy without an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not publish personal or confidential information from your support message as part of that use.
8. Disclaimers
PDFsy is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
PDFsy is a document utility. It does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDFsy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business or opportunity arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Applicable law, changes and contact
These Terms are interpreted under laws that apply to the operator and the particular use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights and other rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
